In these days, our colleagues Paolo Fabris<\/em> and Simone Galvi<\/em>, have installed a LZER0 GNSS station (cost-effective station, developed by OGS) at the Corinth Rift Laboratory (CRL), Greece, in collaboration with the local team (pictured, from left to right: Andreas Karakonstantis<\/a> , Paolo Fabris (OGS), Panagiotis Elias<\/a> , Simone Galvi (OGS) ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The installed unit is the LZER0 NET model, a cost-effective GNSS monitoring device designed for continuous operation at remote monitoring stations. The system integrates a multi-constellation GNSS receiver, a calibrated GNSS antenna, and an integrated Linux platform that uses RTKLIB for data acquisition and processing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The installation took place in the framework of the TRANSFORM\u00b2 project and in connection with the transnational access activity Geo-INQUIRE Valutazione LZER0 con il supporto di Geo-INQUIRE nell’ambito Active NFO di TRANSFORM\u00b2 (LEGANT)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TRANSFORM\u00b2 project has the ambitious goal of improving and transforming existing NFOs (Near Fault Laboratory, natural laboratory where active and complex geophysical processes occur within or near densely populated urban areas) by integrating cutting-edge methodological and technological solutions and paving the way for the next generation of NFOs across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
